Live Active, Live Well
Adding more activity to your day can be as easy as doing things you already love, like playing sports, walking and even gardening. Each activity contributes to your daily exercise. Here are some simple ways to get your body moving:

  • All you need is 60 minutes every day – but if you don’t have one whole hour free, just break it up.


  • There’s plenty of ways to squeeze activity into your day:
-Take a walk during lunch or take a walking break.
-Use the stairs at work.
-Park at the far end of the parking lot.
-After work, bike with your kids or walk the dog.
  • Be active while you wait:
-Walk on escalators and moving sidewalks.
-Stretch during commercials or while waiting for your computer.
