Because they’re made fresh, Olivieri pastas and sauces need
refrigeration. When bringing them home, pack them with other cold items to keep
them cool.
To ensure freshness, handle packages carefully to prevent small
tears or holes that could spoil the pasta.
Make sure you wash your hands and utensils thoroughly when
working with cooked and raw foods to prevent cross-contamination.

Don’t reuse leftover marinade on food that
won’t be cooked. Cooked leftovers can be cooled at room temperature for up to 30
minutes before storing in the refrigerator.
Leftover pasta can be refrigerated for up to 3 days. It’s
great for salads, soups or tomorrow’s lunch.
Olivieri pastas and sauces can be frozen for up to 6 months with the exception
of creams sauces that should be used within 3 months.
