Beef Tortellini with Stir-Fried Vegetables
Be a chef and dazzle your guests with this great creation
ingredients
  • 1 pkg (350 g)
    Olivieri Beef with Rainbow Tortellini
  • 1 pkg (170 g)
    Olivieri Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto
  • 1 tsp (15 mL)
    sesame oil or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 mL)
    Soya sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    broccoli florets
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    finely chopped carrots
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    thinly sliced onions
  • 1 cup (250 g)
    snow peas
  • 1/8 tbsp (.5 g)
    salt & pepper to taste

tip:

· Substitute Beef Tortellini with Olivieri’s Ravioli with Beef & Garlic, or Rainbow Tortellini with Beef .

cooking instructions

Cook Olivieri Tortellini with Beef according to package directions. In a wok or large frying pan, heat oil over high heat. Add garlic, soya sauce, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onions and snow peas. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Stir in pepper, hot pepper flakes, and drained tortellini. Add Olivieri Olive Oil & Garlic Sauce. Cook 3 minutes longer and served immediately
