BEAN & PASTA SALAD

ingredients
- 1/4 cup (60 g)
Additional grated Romano cheese - 1 pkg (350 g)
Olivieri Beef Tortellini - 1 pkg (170 g)
Olivieri Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto - 3 cups (750 g)
cooked cannelloni beans or any small white beans - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 thin stalk celery, celery, sliced
- 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup (60 g)
small black olives - 1 tbsp (15 g)
fresh basil leaves to garnish

cooking instructions
Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water and drain. Add tortellini to large salad bowl, combine with olive oil & garlic sauce, tossing lightly to coat. Add beans, onions, celery, tomatoes and olives, toss lightly, cover and chill for one hour When ready to serve garnish with basil leaves
