BEAN & PASTA SALAD
Taste like homemade!
ingredients
  • 1/4 cup (60 g)
    Additional grated Romano cheese
  • 1 pkg (350 g)
    Olivieri Beef Tortellini
  • 1 pkg (170 g)
    Olivieri Olive Oil & Garlic Pesto
  • 3 cups (750 g)
    cooked cannelloni beans or any small white beans
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 thin stalk celery, celery, sliced
  • 2 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup (60 g)
    small black olives
  • 1 tbsp (15 g)
    fresh basil leaves to garnish

tip:

Substitute for Olivier NutriWise Tomato & Basil or Bruschetta Pesto & Spread

cooking instructions

Cook tortellini according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water and drain. Add tortellini to large salad bowl, combine with olive oil & garlic sauce, tossing lightly to coat. Add beans, onions, celery, tomatoes and olives, toss lightly, cover and chill for one hour When ready to serve garnish with basil leaves
