Spinach and Cheese Ravioli “Puttanesca”

ingredients
- 1 pkg (330 mL)
Olivieri Marinara - 2 tbsp (30 mL)
olive oil - 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup (125 g)
sliced black olives - 1/4 cup (60 g)
artichoke hearts (canned, packed in water) - 1/4 cup (60 g)
OLIVIERI Sundried Tomato Pesto - 1-2 tsp (5 -10 g)
capers - 1/4 cup (60 g)
chopped fresh parsley - Parmesan, Romano or Asiago, grated
- 1 pkg (350 g)
Olivieri Spinach and Cheese Ravioli

Top with nuts and extra cheese and broil to melt.

Over low heat sauté onions about 1-2 minutes, add garlic and continue for about 1 more minute. Add olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, and capers; sauté 1-2 more minutes. Add Marinara sauce; stir to mix well. Reduce heat to low and let simmer 5 minutes. Chill sauce . Prepare pasta as per package. Spread about 1 oz of sauce on bottom of container and then spread evenly cooked Spinach & Cheese Ravioli . Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
