Bacon Rosé Gnocchi

People love gnocchi almost as much as they love bacon. Pair the two together and you will undoubtedly wow your family and friends.

What you’ll need

  • 8 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 medium onion, diced
  • OLIVIERI® Potato Gnocchi 350 g
  • OLIVIERI® Creamy Rosé 300 ml (2/3 cup)
Directions

  • SAUTÉ bacon and onion in hot oil until browned (5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Potato Gnocchi for 2 minutes. Drain pronto.
  • ADD gnocchi and Olivieri® Creamy Rosé to bacon mixture and cook until heated through (2- 3 minutes).
Tasty Tip: Garnish with shredded baby arugula for added sophistication!
