Bacon Rosé Gnocchi
What you’ll need
- 8 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- OLIVIERI® Potato Gnocchi 350 g
- OLIVIERI® Creamy Rosé 300 ml (2/3 cup)
Directions
- SAUTÉ bacon and onion in hot oil until browned (5 minutes), stirring occasionally.
- BOIL OLIVIERI® Potato Gnocchi for 2 minutes. Drain pronto.
- ADD gnocchi and Olivieri® Creamy Rosé to bacon mixture and cook until heated through (2- 3 minutes).
