Beef Ravioli with Portobello Vodka Sauce

This delicious ravioli dish is super quick to whip up on a weekday, yet sophisticated enough to serve with a nice glass of red wine.


What you’ll need

  • Olivieri® Braised Beef au Jus Ravioli (500 g)
  • Olivieri® Vodka Sauce (300 mL)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1 large Portobello mushroom, chopped (about 1 cup/250 mL)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch each salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) finely chopped fresh parsley

  • COOK the ravioli according to the package directions; drain well.
  • HEAT the oil in a medium size skillet and set it over medium heat. Cook the mushroom, onion, garlic, salt and pepper for about 5 minutes, or until they start to soften.
  • STIR in the sauce; cook for about 2 minutes or until reheated.
  • TOSS the ravioli with the sauce until they are well coated and sprinkle with parsley.
