Beef Tortellini with Peppers in Meat Sauce

Meat sauce, jalapeño Havarti and peppers on delicious beef tortellini - heaven on a plate.


What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI® Beef Tortellini 350 g
  • 1 green pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • OLIVIERI® Meat Sauce 600 ml (2/3 cup)
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded Havarti jalapeno cheese
  • Parsley, coarsely chopped

  • SAUTÉ peppers and onion in hot oil until softened (3- 5 minutes).
  • POUR in OLIVIERI® Meat Sauce, add salt and pepper and cook for another 2- 3 minutes.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Beef Tortellini until perfectly tender (6- 7 minutes). Drain pronto.
  • ADD pasta and half of cheese to sauce mixture. Toss with care to combine.
  • TOP off with remaining cheese & coarsely chopped parsley. Delizioso!
