Cheese Tortellini with Chicken and Mushrooms
What you’ll need
- Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 700 g
- OLIVIERI® Classic Marinara 300 ml (2 packages)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup diced fully cooked chicken breast strips
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
Directions
- SAUTÉ mushrooms for 2- 3 minutes in hot oil, then add baby spinach and sauté until wilted (6- 8 minutes).
- ADD OLIVIERI® Classic Marinara, chicken and Parmesan. Stir until heated and set aside.
- BOIL Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 3- 4 minutes. Drain pronto.
- COMBINE pasta with sauce mixture and toss gently.
- SERVE to your pickiest eaters.
