Cheese Tortellini with Chicken and Mushrooms

Cheese tortellini, chicken, Parmesan and mushrooms—what’s not to love about this quick and easy dish?


What you’ll need

  • Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 700 g
  • OLIVIERI® Classic Marinara 300 ml (2 packages)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup diced fully cooked chicken breast strips
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves

  • SAUTÉ mushrooms for 2- 3 minutes in hot oil, then add baby spinach and sauté until wilted (6- 8 minutes).
  • ADD OLIVIERI® Classic Marinara, chicken and Parmesan. Stir until heated and set aside.
  • BOIL Olivieri® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 3- 4 minutes. Drain pronto.
  • COMBINE pasta with sauce mixture and toss gently.
  • SERVE to your pickiest eaters.
Tasty Tip: Sprinkle with fresh basil and a little extra Parmesan.
