Chicken and Basil Fettuccine

Topped with succulent chicken and mushrooms, this novel take on fettuccine Alfredo is fresh, fast, and oh so delicious!


What you’ll need

  • 4 large mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 150 g fully cooked chicken breast strips
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • OLIVIERI® Classic Alfredo 300 ml
  • OLIVIERI® Basil Fettuccine Nested 300 g

  • SAUTÉ mushrooms & onions in hot oil for 2-3 minutes.
  • ADD chicken strips and cook for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with chicken broth.
  • DRIZZLE with OLIVIERI® Classic Alfredo and heat for 2-3 more minutes.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Basil Fettuccine Nested until perfectly tender (2 minutes). Drain pronto.
  • TOSS pasta with sauce.
  • SERVE and prepare yourself for applause.
Tasty Tip: Garnish with sliced red peppers and a sprinkle of Parmesan.
