Chicken and Prosciutto Cannelloni with Mushroom Alfredo Sauce

An easy pasta recipe that is savoury, sophisticated, and so authentic- use it to impress your guests or your kids!

What you’ll need

  • 2 cups cremini mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 plum tomatoes, deseeded and diced into ½ inch pieces
  • OLIVIERI® Herb Alfredo 600 ml
  • OLIVIERI® Chicken & Prosciutto Cannelloni 540 g
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Directions

  • PREHEAT oven to 350°F.
  • SAUTÉ mushrooms in hot oil until browned (3-4 minutes), add diced tomatoes and cook for just 1 more minute.
  • COAT the bottom of a large baking tray with 1/2 of our creamy OLIVIERI® Herb Alfredo sauce.
  • PLACE OLIVIERI® Chicken & Prosciutto Cannelloni with care over the sauce, seam side down and in a single layer.
  • SPRINKLE with mushroom and tomato mixture and coat with remaining sauce.
  • TOP with fresh mozzarella cheese.
  • BAKE for 20 minutes and broil for 5 minutes (or until cheese is browning and bubbling beautifully).
  • Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • BAKE in oven for 20 minutes and broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbling.
  • REMOVE your oven mitts and pat yourself on the back for a job well done.

Tasty Tip: Feeling adventurous? Try a different cheese to top off the cannelloni like Parmesan or Pecorino.
