Chicken Pesto Tortellini with Cherry Tomatoes

With cherry tomatoes and delicious asparagus, this veg, meat and pasta dish is a full meal on its own. It’s fast, fresh and savoury!


What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 350 g
  • 1 bunch asparagus, sliced into 1-inch pieces
  • 400 g sliced chicken breasts
  • OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160 g (3 tbsp )
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • COOK seasoned chicken in hot oil for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 6 minutes. Drain pronto.
  • ADD asparagus to water and continue boiling until pasta is perfectly tender (2 minutes). Drain and return to pot, pronto.
  • TOSS chicken, OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto, cherry tomatoes and pasta. Presto, you’re done!
Tasty Tip: Grated Parmesan, and fresh basil leaves are a delicious finishing touch.
