Chicken Pesto Tortellini with Cherry Tomatoes
What you’ll need
- OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 350 g
- 1 bunch asparagus, sliced into 1-inch pieces
- 400 g sliced chicken breasts
- OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160 g (3 tbsp )
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Directions
- COOK seasoned chicken in hot oil for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- BOIL OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini for 6 minutes. Drain pronto.
- ADD asparagus to water and continue boiling until pasta is perfectly tender (2 minutes). Drain and return to pot, pronto.
- TOSS chicken, OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto, cherry tomatoes and pasta. Presto, you’re done!
