Fior Di Latte Ravioli with Prosciutto and Peas

What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI Artisan™ Fior Di Latte Mozzarella and Asiago Cheese 250 g
  • OLIVIERI® Herb Alfredo 600 ml (¾ cup)
  • 4 thin slices of prosciutto, chopped
  • ¼ cup green peas
Directions

  • BOIL OLIVIERI Artisan™ Fior Di Latte Mozzarella and Asiago Cheese for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
  • CRISP prosciutto in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Rest the prosciutto on a paper-towel lined plate.
  • HEAT Olivieri® Herb Alfredo Sauce in a saucepan set over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add peas and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through.
  • TOSS in drained ravioli and crisp prosciutto.
  • SERVE and wait for the applause.
Tasty tip: Chopped fresh sage or parsley are a delicious garnish. Also, for an extra bit of protein, add some sautéed chicken breast.
