What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI® Fresh Ricotta & Asparagus Ravioli 300 g
  • OLIVIERI® Four Cheese 300 ml
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Fresh Ricotta & Asparagus Ravioli for 3-4 minutes. Drain pronto.
  • POUR in OLIVIERI® Four Cheese
  • SAUTÉ asparagus for 2- 4 minutes in hot oil until tender.
  • SERVE ravioli topped with asparagus. Bellissimo!
Tasty Tip: Try this dish with some lemon zest, you’ll love it!
