Fresh Tomato Tortelloni
What you’ll need
- 1 pack of Olivieri® Artisan Gigante Tortelloni Smoked Mozzarella & Prosciutto
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) butter
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 250 mL (1 cup) cherry tomatoes
- 1 mL (¼ tsp) each salt and pepper
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) grated Parmesan cheese
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped fresh chives
Directions
- COOK OLIVIERI® Artisan GIGANTE TORTELLONI Smoked Mozzarella & Prosciutto according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- ADD butter and olive oil to a large skillet.
- ADD tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until softened and lightly blistered.
- TOSS the cooked OLIVIERI® Artisan GIGANTE TORTELLONI Smoked Mozzarella & Prosciutto in with the sauce until well coated and heated through.
- TOP with Parmesan and chives.
Tasty Tip: Fresh basil or parsley make for an equally delicious herby addition instead of chives.
