Gnocchi Pizza Bites

These fun gnocchi dippers will win rave reviews from the whole family.

What you’ll need

  • 1 pkg (280 g) Olivieri® Tomato Mozzarella Skillet Gnocchi
  • 4 oz (60 g) sliced mild sopressata, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) wide slices
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Olivieri® Classic Marinara Sauce, heated
  • Toothpicks, as needed
Directions



  • WRAP piece of sopressata around each gnocchi; secure with toothpick.
  • HEAT oil in large skillet set over medium heat.
  • ADD Olivieri® Tomato Mozzarella Skillet Gnocchi sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until gnocchi are heated through, golden brown and crispy.
  • SERVE with heated Olivieri® Classic Marinara Sauce for dipping.
Tip: For a vegetarian option, omit sopressata and sauté gnocchi as per instructed; wrap with a fresh basil leaf and secure with a toothpick for a Margherita style pizza bite!
