Gnocchi Skillet Nachos

Fully loaded, these beef and bean gnocchi nachos will tantalize your tastebuds!

What you’ll need

  • 1 pkg (280 g) Olivieri® Cheddar Bacon Skillet Gnocchi
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) olive oil
  • 8 oz (250 g) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup (250 mL) canned pinto beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup (250 mL) shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) salsa
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) guacamole
  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) sour cream
Directions



  • PREHEAT broiler.
  • HEAT oil in ovenproof large skillet over medium-high heat; cook beef and taco seasoning for 2 to 3 minutes or until just starting to brown.
  • ADD Olivieri® Cheddar Bacon Skillet Gnocchi; sauté for 8 to 10 minutes or until gnocchi are heated through, golden brown and crispy.
  • TOP gnocchi with beans, cheese, green onions and jalapeño.
  • BROIL for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  • SERVE with salsa, guacamole and sour cream for dipping.
Tip: To make this a vegetarian dish, omit ground beef and substitute Olivieri® Cheddar Bacon Skillet Gnocchi with Olivieri® Classic Skillet Gnocchi.
