Lemon Butter Tortelloni
What you’ll need
- 1 pack of Olivieri® Artisan Gigante Tortelloni Pecorino Romano & Honey
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 15mL (1tbsp) olive oil
- 60 mL (¼ cup) white wine
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) butter, cubed
- 5mL (1 tsp) lemon zest
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) lemon juice
- 1 mL (¼ tsp) chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- COOK the OLIVIERI® Artisan GIGANTE TORTELLONI Pecorino Romano & Honey according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- SAUTÉ shallot and garlic in olive oil on medium heat for 8 minutes.
- ADD wine; simmer and let reduce until thick.
- WHISK butter in, one tablespoonful at a time, then the lemon zest and juice, salt and pepper.
- ADD the OLIVIERI® Artisan GIGANTE TORTELLONI Pecorino Romano & Honey and toss until well coated.
- SPRINKLE with parsley.
Tasty Tip: Add some baby spinach for a delicious boost of green.
