Mushroom Ravioli with Pancetta and Cherry Tomatoes

What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI Olivieri® Mushroom Lovers Ravioli 250 g
  • ½ cup diced pancetta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ¼ cup olive oil
Tasty tip: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and torn fresh basil.
Directions

  • BOIL Olivieri® Mushroom Lovers Ravioli for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
  • SAUTÉ pancetta for about 4 minutes or until browned, crisp and delicious. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté until softened.
  • TOSS ravioli with pancetta, cherry tomatoes and olive oil until heated through and well coated.
Tasty tip: Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and torn fresh basil.
