Parmesan and Garlic Skillet Gnocchi

A classic combination of potato, garlic and Parmesan cheese - comfort food at its finest!


What you’ll need

  • Olivieri Skillet Gnocchi™ 300 g
  • 2 tsp fresh minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • HEAT UP a T-fal 12” Non-stick Fry Pan on medium high heat
  • SAUTÉ Olivieri Skillet Gnocchi™ in olive oil on medium heat until almost golden
  • ADD garlic and continue cooking until gnocchi is perfectly golden brown and slightly crispy
  • TOP with Parmesan, a dash of salt and pepper, and serve proudly!
Tasty tip: Serve with grilled chicken or for a savory vegetarian delight, with sautéed vegetables
