Pepper and Onion Pesto Medley
What you’ll need
- 2 cups sliced peppers (mixture of green, red, yellow, orange)
- 1/4 Spanish onion, sliced
- OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160g (2 tbsp)
Directions
- SAUTÉ peppers and onion in hot oil (3- 4 minutes).
- REMOVE from heat, add OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto and combine.
- SERVE pronto!
