Skillet Gnocchi Poutine

A true crowd pleaser – perfect for pot lucks or even a cozy dinner at home!


What you’ll need

  • Olivieri Skillet Gnocchi™ 300 g
  • 1 tsp of olive oil
  • 1 cup of light gravy
  • ½ cup of cheese curds

  • HEAT UP a T-Fal 12” Non-stick Fry Pan on medium high heat
  • COOK Olivieri Skillet Gnocchi™ in oil until golden brown
  • SPRINKLE with salt and white pepper
  • HEAT gravy until it boils lightly
  • SPRINKLE your delicious gnocchi with cheese curds and serve on a warm dish with gravy on the side for dipping
Tasty tip: Including sour cream and ¼ cup of sliced green onions is a party favourite. Add in your favourite pulled pork or beef and make it a meal!
