Spinach Ravioli with Sausage & Mushrooms

With a mouthwatering combination of Italian sausage, peppers and mushrooms, this delicious recipe will be a sure-fire hit!


What you’ll need

  • 4 Italian sausages
  • 1/2 yellow pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • OLIVIERI® Chunky Tomato and Herb 600 ml
  • OLIVIERI® Fresh Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli 600 g

  • BOIL sausages for 5-7 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • SAUTÉ peppers, onion and mushrooms in hot oil until peppers are tender-crisp (2- 3 minutes).
  • ADD OLIVIERI® Chunky Tomato & Herb sauce and stir to heat through. Turn heat to low and simmer.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Fresh Ricotta & Spinach Ravioli until perfectly tender (3 -4 minutes). Drain pronto and add to skillet.
  • SEAR sausages on all sides in hot oil until golden brown. Cut into ½ inch pieces.
  • ADD sausage to pasta & sauce skillet and tenderly toss everything together!
Tasty Tip: Sprinkle parsley Parmesan and a pinch of love. Serve with a side of olives.
