What you’ll need

  • OLIVIERI Artisan™ Tomato Caprese with Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella 250 g
  • OLIVIERI® Basil & Cheese Pesto 160 g (¼ cup)
  • ½ cup diced pancetta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
Directions

  • BOIL OLIVIERI Artisan™ Tomato Caprese with Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain.
  • SAUTÉ pancetta for about 4 minutes or until browned, crisp and delicious. Add cherry tomatoes and sauté until softened.
  • TOSS ravioli with pancetta, cherry tomatoes and OLIVIERI® Basil and Cheese Pesto until heated through and well coated.
Tasty tip: Parmesan cheese and torn fresh basil are always welcome additions.
