Tortellini with Asparagus Shrimp

Shrimp and asparagus with tortellini - a delicious combination of ingredients the entire family will fall for.


What you’ll need

  • 1 leek, washed and cut into half moons
  • 8 asparagus spears, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini 350 g
  • 2 cups fully cooked shrimp
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • OLIVIERI® Creamy Rosé 300 ml
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • SAUTÉ leeks and asparagus in hot oil until leeks are tender (3- 4 minutes).
  • ADD shrimp, red pepper flakes and OLIVIERI® Creamy Rosé. Stir to heat through.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® 3 Formaggi Tortellini until perfectly tender (6- 8 minutes). Drain pronto.
  • TOSS pasta with sauce mixture. Season to taste.
  • SERVE immediately and prepare for compliments!
Tasty Tip: Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to enhance the dish’s flavours.
