Turkey Mushroom Linguine

Turkey Mushroom Linguine

Turkey, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese come together in this delightful pasta dish.


What you’ll need

  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
  • 150 g cooked turkey breast, cut into strips
  • OLIVIERI® Tomato and Basil 300 ml (2/3 cup)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • OLIVIERI® Linguine Nested 300 g

  • SAUTÉ onion and mushrooms in hot oil until onion is tender and mushrooms are golden brown (5-6 minutes)
  • ADD turkey and OLIVIERI® Tomato and Basil. Bring to a simmer.
  • ADD mozzarella and stir until melted.
  • BOIL OLIVIERI® Linguine Nested until perfectly tender (2 minutes).
  • PLATE pasta and top with sauce.
  • SERVE to a table of wowed friends and family.
Tasty Tip: Top with sliced black olives for a tangy flavour.
